TPS is an independent auditing and certification body registered in India (CIN: U74999PB2024PTC087421). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Certification Services

Certification services are governed by the terms of the Certification Agreement entered into between TPS Xperts and the client organisation. In the event of any conflict, the Certification Agreement prevails.

• Certification decisions are made solely on the basis of audit evidence by qualified, independent personnel
• Certificates remain the property of TPS Xperts Global Certifications and must be returned upon expiry, suspension or withdrawal
• Certified organisations must comply with TPS Xperts' logo and mark usage rules at all times
• TPS Xperts reserves the right to suspend or withdraw certification in accordance with its documented procedures

This website is provided for informational purposes. Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge but may not reflect the very latest updates. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce content without written permission
• Use the website in a way that could damage TPS Xperts' reputation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website

4. Limitation of Liability

TPS Xperts' liability for any claim arising from certification services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant certification in the 12 months preceding the claim. TPS Xperts is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, logos, graphics and documents is the intellectual property of TPS Xperts Global Certifications Private Limited. The TPS certification mark may only be used by certified organisations in accordance with the Rules for Use of Certification Mark.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mohali / Chandigarh, Punjab, India.
