Dissatisfaction with our certification services or a certified client's management system. Investigated and closed within 45 days.
Contest a certification decision. Must be submitted within 14 days of the decision. Resolved within 30 days.
All submissions are treated confidentially and investigated impartially by personnel not involved in the original matter.
