📩 Feedback

General comments or suggestions about our services, processes or communications. Acknowledged within 3 working days.

⚠️ Complaint

Dissatisfaction with our certification services or a certified client's management system. Investigated and closed within 45 days.

🔴 Appeal

Contest a certification decision. Must be submitted within 14 days of the decision. Resolved within 30 days.
