FSSAI Certified

FoSTaC Training

1–3 days Online + Offline Food business operators, supervisors, quality teams

Under the FSS Act framework, every licensed food business must have trained and certified Food Safety Supervisors on staff — and FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) is FSSAI’s official programme for that requirement. Training delivered outside the FoSTaC system does not satisfy the mandate, no matter how good it is.

TPS Xperts Group delivers FoSTaC as an FSSAI-empanelled training partner: real certificates in the FSSAI system, delivered by a trainer who works in food regulation daily rather than reading from slides.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is FoSTaC training mandatory?

Yes — FSSAI requires licensed food businesses to have at least one certified Food Safety Supervisor for every 25 food handlers (or part thereof) per premises, trained through the official FoSTaC programme. Inspectors ask for the certificate; its absence is a recorded non-compliance.

Which FoSTaC module does my business need?

Modules map to your activity and licence class: Basic for registration-level businesses, Advanced for State/Central-licensed manufacturing and catering, and Special modules for sectors like milk, meat, or storage. We confirm the right module when you book.

Do you run on-site batches for companies?

Yes. In-house batches at your facility are usually the practical choice from about 10–15 participants, and we schedule public online batches for smaller teams.
